    Ingredients

    • 200 g Paneer (cubed)
    • 30 g Ginger Garlic Paste (fresh)
    • 3 tbsp Refined Oil (divided)
    • 130 g Onion (quartered)
    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 30 g Cashews (whole)
    • 130 g Tomato (chopped)
    • 50 g Butter (cubed)
    • 75 ml Water (room temperature)
    • 0.5 tbsp Kasoori Methi (dried)
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (powder)
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder (ground)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)

    Instructions

    Prepare the aromatics

    After marinating the paneer separately, add oil, cinnamon, cloves, onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and cashews to The Upliance jar.

    Chop and Sauté

    The device will now chop the vegetables and sauté the mixture on medium heat (100-120°C) for approximately 6 minutes with automatic stirring.

    Cook and Blend Gravy

    Add tomatoes, powdered spices, salt, and butter to the jar. The device will cook on medium heat for 7 minutes, then automatically blend into a smooth sauce. Add the marinated paneer.

    Simmer and Finish

    The device will simmer the curry on low heat (<100°C) for about 8 minutes. The dish is ready; garnish with Kasoori Methi and serve.
