Ingredients
- 30 g dill (minced)
- 1 green chilli (minced, remove stem)
- 10 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
- 150 g thick curd
- 150 g cream cheese
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Add aromatics to jar
Add the minced dill, green chilli, and garlic to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The device will now mince aromatics
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically mince the ingredients in the jar for 10 seconds at speed 12 using the mince setting. The temperature will remain at 20°C.
Add dairy and seasonings to jar
Add the thick curd, cream cheese, salt, and pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
The dish is ready
The Upliance 2.0 will blend the ingredients for 10 seconds at speed 6, followed by 4 seconds at speed 10, using the blend setting. The temperature will remain at 20°C. The creamy dill dip is ready to serve. Transfer to a bowl.
