    • 350 g Chicken Boneless (washed)
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
    • 1.5 tsp Salt
    • 50 g Dark Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Vinegar
    • 1 tsp Corn Flour
    • 1 tbsp Corn Flour (for slurry)
    • 60 ml Water
