Mojito
This Cuban cocktail is a blend of a few simple ingredients, but the resulting drink is a great balance of sweet and tart
Ingredients
- 80 ml White Rum
- 100 g Ice Cubes
- 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 10 leaves Mint Leaves (cleaned)
- 240 ml Sprite
Instructions
Add ingredients to jar
Add ice cubes to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Then add white rum, lemon juice, mint leaves, and sprite to the jar.
The device will now crush and blend
Select the "crush ice" function on The Upliance 2.0. Set the speed to 12 and the time to 12 seconds. Once complete, select the "blend" function. Set the speed to 1 and the time to 10 seconds. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and blend the ingredients.
Repeat the above (if needed)
If you are making multiple Mojitos, repeat step 1 and step 2 as needed, adjusting ingredient quantities according to your recipe scale.
The dish is ready
Once blended, The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Garnish with 2 washed mint leaves in a separate glass. Pour the blended Mojito into the glass and serve immediately.
