  • 40g processed spinach (trimmed)
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 20g almonds (chopped)
  • 100g apple (deseeded)
  • 200g ice cubes

Add ingredients to jar

Add the peeled banana, processed spinach, chia seeds, chopped almonds, deseeded apple, and ice cubes to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select the blend mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically blend the ingredients for 50 seconds at speed 12. Ensure the lid is securely fastened.

If needed for a smoother consistency, repeat the blending process for an additional 10 seconds at speed 12 on The Upliance 2.0.
