Ingredients

  • 300 g Banana (peeled)
  • 2.5 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 4 Dates (deseeded)
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 100 g Packet Milk
  • 100 g Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter (optional)
  • 10 g Almonds (chopped)
  • Ice Cubes (as needed)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add banana, chia seeds, dates, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, and almonds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Add ice cubes as needed.

The device will now blend ingredients

Select the "Blend" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically blend the ingredients for 30 seconds at speed 6, followed by 4 cycles of 10 seconds each at speed 12. Maintain a temperature of 20°C.

Add milk and blend again

Add packet milk and coconut milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Repeat the blending process (30 seconds at speed 6, followed by four 10-second cycles at speed 12). Maintain a temperature of 20°C.

The dish is ready

Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl. Garnish with chopped almonds and peanut butter (optional). The Chocolate Banana Smoothie Bowl is ready to serve.
