    Ingredients

    • 0.5 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
    • 0.25 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
    • 1 piece Bay Leaf
    • 2 pieces Green Cardamom
    • 10 g Cashews
    • 1 medium Onion (peeled)
    • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 1 Green Chilli (halved)
    • 4 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 100 g Tomato Puree
    • 3 tsp Mixed Spices (Chilli, Turmeric, Salt, Sugar, Garam Masala)
    • 80 g Carrot (diced)
    • 200 ml Water
    • 30 g Curd
    • 80 g Cauliflower (florets)
    • 60 g Paneer (cubed)
    • 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi

    Instructions

    A low-effort, high-comfort tomato gravy with soft, crumbly aloo, steeped in turmeric, coriander, and kasoori methi.

      Temper the Spices

      Add ghee, cumin seeds, asafoetida, bay leaf, cardamom, and cashews to The Upliance jar. The device will heat and bloom the spices on medium heat for about 1 minute.

      Add peeled onions, ginger, garlic, and green chillies to the jar. The Upliance will automatically chop these ingredients and then sauté them on medium heat for approximately 7 minutes until golden.

      Add tomato puree and powdered spices. The device cooks this base on low heat. Then, add carrots, water, curd, cauliflower, and paneer. The Upliance will simmer the curry on low heat for 18 minutes with automatic stirring.
