    Ingredients

    • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 2 pieces Onion (cut in quarters)
    • 0.5 piece Capsicum (cut in quarters)
    • 300 g Chicken Boneless (washed)
    • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
    • 0.5 tbsp Chilli Vinegar
    • 1 tbsp Corn Flour
    • 30 ml Water
    • 1 stem Spring Onion Green (finely chopped)

    Instructions

    A fast stir-fry with crunchy bell peppers and onions, cooked in an Asian-style sauce

      Add aromatics to jar

      Add peeled garlic, ginger, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will chop these ingredients automatically in seconds.

      Add oil, onion quarters, and capsicum to the jar. The device will chop the vegetables and then sauté the mixture on medium heat for about 4 minutes.

      Add the chicken, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, corn flour, spices, and water to the jar. The device will cook the chicken on low to medium heat for approximately 18 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Once the cooking cycle is complete, transfer the Healthy Chilli Chicken to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
