    Ingredients

    • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 1 piece Onion (halved)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 40 g Carrot (peeled and roughly cut)
    • 0.5 piece Capsicum (quartered)
    • 20 g Butter (cubed)
    • 400 ml Water
    • 2 packets Instant Noodles
    • 140 g Green Peas (fresh or frozen)
    • 1 sachet Maggi Tastemaker

    Instructions

    Add aromatics and vegetables

    Add onion, garlic, green chillies, carrot, and capsicum to The Upliance jar. Add butter for tempering.

    Chop and Sauté

    The device will now chop the vegetables and sauté them on high heat for approximately 5 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

    Cook the Noodles

    Add water, tastemaker, green peas, and noodle cakes to the jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for 8-10 minutes with automatic stirring to prevent sticking.

    Serve

    The dish is ready. Open the lid carefully and serve the steaming hot Vegetable Maggi in a bowl.
